diet to a
diet of all natural organic whole foods, high in healthy fats (olive oil, avocados, wild caught salmon, nuts), devoid of any
grains (main source of carbs is veggies and sweet potatoes) and 100 % grass fed,
free - range chicken / red meat (perferably organ meat) turned my life
around.

around my left eye.

free advertisements and claims on the foods found
around the grocery store, stars are attributing the lack of gluten in their
diet as their latest weight loss trick, and gluten
free grains like quinoa are gaining popularity.
It's important to remember that

free entered the marketplace
around the same time as other human dietary trends such as the Paleo and gluten -
free diets, so are owners transferring their eating philosophies onto their furry friends?
There are quite a few new pet food trends going
around right now, including raw

free diets, and home - cooked pet meals.
Most

around long enough to see how they will do in 3 - 4 generations.
