I used gluten -
free grain free flour mixture substituted sugar for Stevia and substituted the oil for pumpkin Purée added a little cinnamon and instantly had the house full with amazing pumpkin muffin smell.
The right combination of
grain free flours gives them classic texture and unrefined coconut sugar adds the right amount of sweetness.
but if it does, I wonder if substituting one of the other
grain free flours like coconut or chickpea will work.
And, on the subject of the 2 loaves comment, I'd just like to let out a second hallelujah for coconut and tapioca flours being two of the most
affordable grain free flours to bake with.
The good news is that you can enjoy delicious real food using
grain free flour from seeds and nuts that will delight and titillate your family's taste buds.
I like to mix my cassava flour with
other grain free flours to get amazing textures and flavors, but it is also delicious used on it's own in recipes.
Still very seedy, I found the addition of chickpea flour to have an aftertaste I did not enjoy, but I imagine you could substitute a variety
of grain free flours.
As for the bottom portion, i.e. the actual cupcake, I used a combination of 3
grain free flours — almond, coconut, and tapioca.
Therefore, thanks for introducing us to
that grain free flour, we'll go 10 lbs ourselves next!
Coconut flour happens to be one of my absolute favorite GF and
grain free flours to bake with in my recipes and I love the quality and flavor coconut four provides!
So if you are looking for an amazing gluten and
grain free flour, this is a great one to try!

grain free flour, which translates into delicious fluffy cakes, breads and even bagels, yes bagels!
Grain free flours can be a little gummier than regular flours, so that's pretty normal, but if it's very gummy, it could be the brand you're using or something else.
Also, given
the grain free flours love to hold onto moisture, you'll find that the exterior is not quite crispy.
