I've been reading your blog for almost a year now
and have to tell you that my life has really changed — I had cut
out grains and refined
sugars from my diet
and your blog
and recipes have made my life so much sweeter
and easier.
Pie is
out (
grains in the crust), as is custard or pudding (
sugar), ice cream or whipped cream, (
sugar + dairy), or cookies
and quick breads (
sugar +

To get the most
out of this program we recommended sticking to the meal plan diligently, avoiding consuming any additional dairy, processed
