And the
general population of course, and no fault to them, is not going to be
in tune with their body enough to know that when I eat basmati rice, I get diarrhea but when I eat short -
grain rice, I don't.
In general I find that overeating, eating dairy,
grains, nightshades, too much nuts / seeds / fruit, and repressing feelings doesn't work.
So,
in my case, I
do feel that I react badly to
grains in general.
This is just
in general I think, the sicker someone is the more strict Paleo they need to go — like if their digestion is messed up, that probably is a sign that they
do well with
grains and dairy.
However, since they are so high
in carbohydrate, low carb dieters
do typically restrict foods such as
grains, potatoes, bread, and sugary foods
in general.
And I don't have data on all of the gluten free
grains BUT I have been told by the Monash team that the gluten free
grains in general, have less FODMAPs than wheat.

grains, eggs, butter, meat, roasted veggies... etc., BUT until reading your book I was still not really eating french toast, pancakes, donuts, cake (except very rarely), jelly, sugar - stuff
in general, AND I was starting every day
doing something that I'm pretty sure has been self sabotaging me since I was 14..
So, although I don't recommend
grains in general, I think that buckwheat (especially sourdough) is well tolerated and not a problem for most people.

did my research, stocked up on the proper foods, kept a food journal... and just 7 days after eating Paleo style - I found it is NOT for me... Let me back up for just one second though, because
