I started by milling some amaranth
grains in my coffee grinder.
Teff flour is sometimes hard to locate, but you can easily make your own by grinding
the grains in a coffee grinder, Blendtec or Vitamix.

If you have a hard time finding amaranth flour, you can just process some whole
grain amaranth
in your (clean)
coffee grinder or Vita - mix.
In a
coffee / spice
grinder or food processor, add buckwheat and millet
grains and grind until they reach a smooth flour consistency.

And even baby cereal can be made from scratch... home made oatmeal or rice cereal is easy
in a
coffee grinder and if made from organic
grains is cheaper and healthier than any store bought stuff, and only takes five minutes to prepare.

in the
coffee grinder and corn
