I flavoured the whipped cream topping
with grand marnier - our guests were gracious enough to say they liked it.

Once the tequila is ready, strain out the peppers and combine it along with the grapefruit juice, the juice of 2 limes, 1/4
cup grand marnier, and the remaining 1 grapefruit and 2 limes, cut into slices.
I think the cranberries didn't get quite as juicy with the Swerve, but fixed with a little liquid (oj, water...
grand marnier... etc!!)
I agree Baileys might be bit weird due to the cream but cointreau or
grand marnier would be good for choc orange cakes?
Ingredients 1 pound fresh strawberries, rinsed, hulled, and sliced 3/4 cup sugar 1 tsp kirsch or
grand marnier * 1 tsp fresh lemon juice pinch of salt
Stir in the remaining watermelon juice, lime juice, tequila and
grand marnier.
Then make a cranberry topping (berries, some sugar,
some grand marnier) and pour that on top.
Tastes very good as is but I am tempted to add
some grand marnier next time I make this.
