I got totally hooked
on making my own
granola during the fall when I made the MOST AMAZING chewy cinnamon raisin
granola bars and then a short time later I made TRULY ADDICTING pumpkin seed
granola.
They usually turn out caky or crumbly and never hold together; I was just about ready to give up
on making
granola bars.

One company, Snackwerks, launched in 2016 with a focus
on snackable formats like
