Kim
Grant Tennis Academy is an institute of learning and Kim has developed a program that covers technique, training
skills, mental toughness, match play strategizing,
player etiquette, health and fitness, body language, and work ethic.
Granted, a lot of it depends on
player skill, but from what I've played so far, it seems like every time I made a big leap forward it was after crafting a new set of duds.
However, to accomplish this goal the
player must give their partner tattoos on their backs which will
grant them new
skills and abilities.
Upgrade rooms that
grant the
player with additional
skills are scattered around to help.
Every one of the
skill trees available in the game contain numerous perks, each of which
grant the
player significant upgrades, such as being able to create Ebony armor, do more damage with your sword or being able to slow down time when aiming with your bow.
The
skills are pretty much like the single
player portion, though a fair amount benefit the entire team, whilst weapons and applications have to be researched before you're
granted the use of them.
Gunslinger also brings a
skill system,
granting players points for stylish kills.
Player vs.
Player (PVP) battlegrounds are available on the hour every hour 24/7, allowing the winners of the battle to become Lords who are
granted access to exclusive
skills and items.
By gaining points from completed missions and optional objectives, the
player can invest points into Bond himself to
grant skills, like regenerating health and added defense, or can purchase new parts for different gun classes, like scopes, extended clips, laser sights, and more.
Kills made during this time provide a 20 % capture speed boost in the next round,
granting skilled deathmatch
players a boost with in the game.
More powers can be acquired as you level up,
granting players new
skills and abilities that will assist them against stronger foes.
Unlocking the higher tiers within each of the stance's
skill trees will
grant players access to new moves and fighting capabilities, including the ability to tackle a foe after being knocked down.
Eternal Blade features multiple upgrade paths and a unique animal card system that allows
players to create and combine
skill -
granting animal cards made from the energy of defeated foes.
As in the single
player portions, every mission completed gives you followers, and these have milestones which
grant you research points that, in turn, unlock parts of the
skill tree.
In addition to the galactic map, there's a general
player level up system that
grants things like access to more advanced classes of ships, as well as an individual ship leveling that allows upgrades and
skills to be added to them.
