DeKalb Board of REALTORS ®, the 11th Circuit addressed the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendant Board and MLS, dismissing plaintiffs» claim that the Federal antitrust laws are violated by the requirement that brokers be REALTORS ® to gain access to the Board's MLS.
