I made this yesterday to celebrate fourth of July
with my parents and they were so amazed it was all raw (I even used raw
grape leaves straight from my grandma's
grape vine!!!!) We all fell in love

There's tons of veggies, spices, spice mixes, teas, olives, nuts, hummus,

Lemon Quinoa Salad
with Chickpeas 1 cup uncooked quinoa 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained 1 pint (2 cups)

Line stuffed
grape leaves in pot, alternating direction
with each layer, until the pot is filled 3/4 of the way or you've used all your
leaves.
Shingle the
grape leaves (allow a good overlap)
with the smooth sides down into a 14 × 14 - inch square.
It's extracted from the
leaves of the Stevia plant, steeping and dried like tea, then purified and blended
with certified organic Erythritol, a sugar alcohol found naturally in fruits like melons and
