I did not have
grape seed oil so I used Safflour instead.

These were a bit weird, and I wasn't originally planning to make them
so I had roasted the beets with garlic, salt, pepper, and

oil to make up for the extra liquid, I also added lemon extract because I love it and I did add a little extra gluten free flour — it's in the oven now and I'm not sure how it will be but this I'm early in gluten free baking
so I'm hopeful...

You would also be wise to add
grape seed oil into your diet,
so that you are getting those antioxidants internally.
So, make sure to stay away from peanuts, soy,
grape seeds oil and dressings for salad.
It means that you still want to get your omega - 6's from your pumpkin
seeds and sunflower
seeds and
so forth, but you don't want to be using a lot of these oils that are omega - 6 rich, like
grape seed oil and sunflower and safflower and corn
oil and all of these kinds of oils that are mainly omega - 6.
So, the antioxidants that are wonderful for you in that beloved
grape -
seed oil, for example, are now changing into harmful free radicals and toxins.

grape seed oil, I would appreciate it!
