I started out by repurposing an old
grapevine wreath that I had stored
in my home's basement.
It is not a science to turn the tangled mess of
grapevines into a
wreath — it really just takes patience to shape and tuck the vines
in until you get them
in a circular pattern and it stays together.
We just love the use of acorns and any other seasonal nuts you can find around
in this
grapevine wreath.
I used that same
grapevine wreath and just stuck
in a few floral stems.
Arrange them
in the
grapevine wreath to your desired look.
Using a vintage red sweater and
grapevine wreath, both of which I had on hand, I put together this simple, understated

I love layering and texture, so two
grapevine wreaths held
in place with black and white ribbon are a nice touch.
The great thing about the
grapevine wreath is you can simply tuck the pieces
in between the branches — no glue or tape required!
To soften the edges of the Patriotic Shutter, and add to the uniqueness, I pulled apart a
grapevine wreath and just draped it over the edge, tucked
in a piece of burlap and added a tied piece of rope.
Craft stores now sell

Guess I just have a «feather thing» going on... I've been collecting different (6 varietiees so far) bird feathers from the yard and put them
in my outdoor
grapevine wreath.

I started with a few faux floral stems and picks and fall items I had from last year, a large
