a grass fed dairy farm drinking milk warm from the cow.
I so very much wish real food bloggers / authors would always give info on raw, exclusively
grass fed dairy.
Also always use the best quality organic, raw and
grass fed dairy you can find for the most nutrients and least amount of allergens.
When it comes to
grass fed dairy for my kids, I set no limit.

If you want

grass - eating cows and sheep and goats, you're going to need to spend a little more than you would on
dairy from animals
