If you're in Dubai, Barakat sell fresh
grated coconut in most main grocery stores.
Not that I would ever make it a staple, but I would at least like to be able to use some freshly
grated coconut in my nonfat papaya muffins without feeling like I'm nullifying all the health benefits I am working to attain!
Variation: For a thicker milk, approaching cream, instead of steeping
the grated coconut in hot water, puree it in a blender with the water and then strain it through cloth.
1Keep 4 tablespoons with the dry

It's one of my favourite vegetables as there are so many amazing things you can do with it —
grate it down and stir through spices and
coconut milk to serve with a spicy curry, roast it
in olive oil and cumin for a beautiful side or even cut it into cauliflower steaks and bake it

I only had greek yoghurt
in fride but added a bit of
