Fish or seafood are eaten with horseradish, wasabi, ginger, mustard or
grated daikon to help the body detoxify from the effects of fish and seafood.
I just had a delicious breakfast of miso soup, collards and radish steamed and drizzled with flax oil, cast iron mochi with nori wrapped outside, and
some grated daikon.
Serve the salmon with raita, which gets a peppery twist from the addition of
grated daikon radish.
Add
grated daikon radish and top with sliced green onions and shichimi (if you are using it).
