Place a pizza stone directly
on grates of a grill and preheat, covered, on high for at least 15 minutes.
Blot a small amount of oil on the paper towel and carefully and quickly wipe the
hot grates of the grill to make a nonstick surface.
Remove MUSHROOMS from marinade; place in prepared grill basket or directly
on grate of grill; grill on medium heat with lid closed 8 - 10 minutes; flip each mushroom steak onto opposite side; close lid and grill another 8 - 10 minutes until cooked through.
Brush
the grates of the grill with oil and remove the chicken from the marinade letting any excess drip back into the bag.

When grill is ready drizzle fish with oil then oil

When you cut the cabbage, make sure that part of the core remains attached to each segment so it can hold the leaves from falling through
the grates of the grill.
Just make sure you oil
