You can use
almond flour in many Paleo and GF
recipes, and it makes a
great breading for chicken, too!
Blanched
almonds are not only
great for making macarons but can be useful for other
recipes like
almond butter,
almond flour, or marzipan.
just FYI i used red mill
flour almond for this
recipe and it turned out
great.
I'm especially happy that this
recipe has a mix of coconut
flour and
almond flour because the texture is

The original

great for anyone who likes baking with

Forgot to mention I used Trader Joe's brand coconut
flour and blanched

If you find it hard to get
almond or coconut
flour, you might want to make your own - there are some
great recipes out there and it's quite easy once you have the right equipment (food processor and oven for coconut
flour and a nut grinder for
almond flour).
