This is a
great combination because the
avocado adds healthy fats and nutrients to this dessert, while the
chocolate hides the flavor of the
avocado.
As for maple syrup, I discovered s brand of no - calorie items & I use their no - calorie
chocolate syrup, works
great, especially when making
chocolate mousse with an
avocado!
I use to squirm at the idea of
avocadoes in
chocolate — but I've had it now enough to know how
great it is, and since it's such a healthy food it sure is nice to know I'm sneaking something of value into treats like these for my family.

Examples: almond butter with some honey or agave on celery, almond butter with honey and coconut made into candy balls (could add «raw»
chocolate if you eat that),
avocado mixed with soaked dates or honey and
chocolate powder (
greated chocolate pudding ever)!!!
Great in smoothies and even as a
chocolate mousse base, but I like them best in my super-quick guacamole, keep the
avocado stone and put it in the middle of the guacamole to stop it turning brown.
