This week there were a lot of really great blog posts so that my Friday favorites are mostly good reads, but I did do some shopping too!

Many of the folks I spoke with said that they wished their whole team had been there for the presentation and a few suggested that it would be great if I could put a blog post together that hit the major themes in my presentation so they could share them (along with their own thoughts and notes) with their own shops.

Quick blog post visuals, small content projects, and similar offerings may not always need professional designers when such great resources are so readily available.

I quite often treat this blog like a diary, so sometimes I'll stray away from talking about my personal finance and share my current thoughts, I'll be excited to go back and read some old post when the years go by, and it will help me reflect on the overall journey that has been experienced, because as great as the end goal of early retirement is, I would imagine the character developed through such a process has more then just monetary value.

However, this means a great deal to me, so I'm posting it in case this might help some of you who read this blog.

We also bake birthday treats for them, there is a great Pupcakes recipe in our blog that Kate posted and the pups adore This year is was miserably hot in our apartment and I really didn't want to subject any of us to turning the oven on, so I came up with a frosty birthday treat recipe for the pups that they inhaled.

Thank you:) I did write a blog post that covered jump rope and a few different types of exercises and how they affect your thighs so please have a read of that:) While jump roping is great cardio (and burns lots of calories), it won't really slim down your legs.
