egg replacement myself, but apparently people get
great result with «flax
eggs», which consists of flax seed meal mixed with water.

egg replacement of your choice) 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3/4 cup raisins (dried cranberries or mini chocolate chips would also be delicious) 1 1/2 tablespoons flaxseed (optional)
Raw, gluten - free, vegan, nut - free and grain - free, these seeds make
great additions to baked goods, salads, smoothies, stir - fries, as a thickener in sauces, and an
egg replacement in baking.
That sandwich contained hard boiled
eggs and this tofu is a
great replacement for it.
Yum Probably most of you know that bananas are a
great egg replacer in baked recipes, but did you know that you can use chia seeds as an
egg replacement as well?
I totally agree Stacy, flax
eggs are
great but only when they are used to replace 1 - 2
eggs... sadly... As for the tofu
replacement, I am hesitant to give any
replacements because it took so many trials to perfect this cake.
