Gas grill in the covered downstairs area as well as the 2 outdoor showers; both are locker style and include a small space with bench and places to hang clothes / towels; both with hot & cold water; great for getting all of that beach sand and salt water washed away before entering the house!

The outside shower was great, although hot water was not guaranteed but not really needed either.
