I've made this bread several times now
in a traditional
loaf pan and it came out
great.

in a muffin
pan for smaller portion and I could freeze the muffins if I wanted to and it would not go to waste..
Hi Clara, I can't say I had
great success
in a
loaf pan, but I will sometimes shape the dough into a square log instead of two rounds for sandwich bread!
The bread turned out
great except I think the bread
loaf pan used was to wide and I recently ordered the
loaf pan used
in this recipe, see if this helps with the rise being more consistent.
I use mini bread
pan and have 8 mini
loaves in 15 mins, my 5 yo thinks it's
great:) If that isn't enough the recipe is so easy and simple.
This recipe works
great in a standard 9 × 5
loaf pan, but if you'd rather have the traditional braided shape, this mold works
great.
Sunday I split the dough and made a
loaf in a 4x8
pan and the flavor was good, texture was
great.
Once I got it to the right consistency all went along
great, I put the dough
in two 9 x 5
loaf pans, they rose beautifully.
I think it works
great either
in a bread
pan, or as a boule - type
loaf (or even two small ones).
Alternately, you can put it right into a greased and floured
loaf pan (8x4 works
great) for sandwich bread, or shape into a ball with a coating of flour on the outside to make a Boule / Country round
loaf, or put
in mini springform
pans for crusty hamburger buns.
I think this would be
great served to guests or given as gifts
in mini
loaf pans.
I made a double batch and baked it
in a larger
loaf pan for about 1 he and it turned out
great!

in one big
loaf pan, it was
great.
Lane uses
pans in creative ways (a
loaf pan, for example, is perfect for making two big brownies; muffin tins make
great mini pies), but also takes advantage of smaller
pans that are now widely available.
Just an update... recipe worked
great in the
pan with mini
loaf sections!
I halved the recipe and cooked them
in a
loaf pan lined with parchment and they turned out
great.
I used a 1 1/2 quart oval CorningWare
in my 6 quart oval Crock - Pot and it worked
great, though even a bowl or round cake
pan or
loaf pan could work depending on your Crock - Pot.
