Even so, when you compare it to premium steaks and also consider the cost of a similar

out, I've found that flank is still a
great choice for casual dinner parties.
And for some reason I can always make two
meals out of it... which works
great!
I subbed 1 cup of the regular flour with almond
meal and reduced regular sugar by 1/2, it worked
out great.
The meatballs turned
out to be amazing and the sauce was heaven, so it turned
out to be a pretty
great meal for Sunday football!

out of the freezer is such a short amount of time which is what makes it so
