Thickening soy milk with flour isn't that great for creaminess, imo, and with the price of cashews on the rise I can no longer afford to use two cups of them in just one recipe.

I have never cooked with almond milk personally but I saw someone made it with cashew milk on Instagram and they said it turned out great so I'm guessing the answer is yes!
