Though these numbers are not the best we've ever seen, they are strong enough to provide
great performance in any game today.

game off.
NOT a
great performance all the same, but, it is NOT a EPL
game where you have a 1 off 3/1 or 0 outcome, this, is the qualifier for the UCL, and as such is a 2 leg affair, and 0 - 0 away
in Turkey, against a team that beat Chelsea pre-season, is a good result.
I see lot of coments about how we can sign Reus «cuz he's a world class player.Yes, he is a
great player BUT did you see how mutch this season was he injuried? The period when Dortmund win some
games and comme forward
in the table was the period when Reus was available, rest of the season he was injuried. This is one thing, the other think is that Klopp say he will leave Dortmund
in the end of the season and looking for a new chalange.I'm pretty sure that he will leave to a big team and will take Reus after him.Sterling is exactly the same type of player as Sanchez, just doesn't have the same experience, he's not fully developed.I think he can be a first XI player for us and I think will be
great alongside Sanchez, replacing Cazorla when he will leave.Sterling is an English player, will be
great to see him at nationat team too, and we need as mutch as rest of the big teams from EPL home grown players. The coments who say that we have Gnabry and Wellington make me laugh, really?Do you want trophies?Or do you want to see more young players and waiting year after year to confirm or just see how they doesn't play anything? We are a top team, and need
performance in UCL too, not just participaiting.Sterling is a young CONFIRMED player who will definetly help us.Agree that he's not fully grown but he will be a
great player.

This is simple a very intelligent child can solve this problem.Firstly today our keeper was very poor however i know he will come good.By the way why is Paulista no getting his chance. What i have observed about arsenal since we signed Mertesacker from day one and since he started playing is that Mertesacker hardly gets involved you will usually see him a few times because he does not want to get caught out.e has always been a weak link
in the defence even
in his
greatest performances here. When i see us playing with a high line and he is there i always laugh. It is just a mistake waiting to happen and i can tell u that it will happen again this season.Secondly why is Ramsey Cazorla and Ozil playing
in the same line - up
in a 4 -5-1 formation. That is just not right though it will win you some matches due to individual brilliance. It wont work at all.Lastly the least i say about Giroud the better i am not judging him on one game. One would imagine if he was not french and like chinese will he be getting these chances under Wenger. To me he will always be an average player and i will stand by my word even if he has good
games.

watching my team against Ireland yesterday even tough we won i wasn, t impressedit, we only start playing with purpose when we go behind and when we, re
in front we slow down our play, i thought koscielny had a decent
game with a couple of good clearance and his job was made more difficult by adil rami who is a burden on the team and always one mistake away, giroud can, t be blamed for his first half
performance the guy was starved of any service and it, s only when griezman was moved to his favourite position that giroud started making the difference what a
great assist, by the way shane long dived for the penalty but that, s ok we are square now with the irish we had henry, s handball & they had the penalty!!
Not to be to brash I can't believe there is still fans out here that think it matters if there loud or loyal when we all know Wenger is the master of turning a good team into a mediocre team and loves diminishing there confidence by playing them out of position or drop
in them if they have a
great performance unless it's his favourite players like ozil, Ramsey etc did u not see the emirates
in the first
game?
As for dropping players, YES, Dortmund is a
great team but as we can see from Wilshere's
performance anyone
in this team can up their
game so why not start Arteta, Cazorla, Wilshere
in the middle with Ox and Podolski / Campbell on the wings and Sanchez up front (I think Welbeck came off because of injury).
no i havent based it on just that
game i have clearly said that he is a talented player i just do nt see it working out for him at this club and also 10 minutes or not if your a professional footballer you shouldnt lose the ball everytime you touch it he and sanogo looked

This win for Arsenal over Premier League rivals Manchester United saw a
great all round
performance from the Gunners, both
in attack and defence and there were lots of candidates for the Man of the Match, such as Petr Cech who made three crucial saves, Alexis Sanchez for his two

game at centre forward, but for me it was Mesut Ozil who stood out with his sublime passing, movement, vision and work rate.

Time for some brutal honesty... this team, as it stands, is
in no better position to compete next season than they were 12 months ago, minus the fact that some fans have been easily snowed by the acquisition of Lacazette, the free transfer LB and the release of Sanogo... if you look at the facts carefully you will see a team that still has far more questions than answers... to better show what I mean by this statement I will briefly discuss the current state of affairs on a position - by - position basis...
in goal we have 4 potential candidates, but
in reality we have only 1 option with any real future and somehow he's the only one we have actively tried to get rid of for years because he and his father were a little too involved on social media and he got caught smoking (funny how people still defend Wiltshire under the same and far worse circumstances)... you would think we would want to keep any goaltender that Juventus had interest
in, as they seem to have a pretty good history when it comes to that position... as far as the defenders on our current roster there are only a few individuals whom have the skill and / or youth worthy of our time and / or investment, as such we should get rid of anyone who doesn't meet those simple requirements, which means we should get rid of DeBouchy, Gibbs, Gabriel, Mertz and loan out Chambers to see if last seasons foray with Middlesborough was an anomaly or a prediction of things to come... some fans have lamented wildly about the return of Mertz to the starting lineup due to his FA Cup
performance but these sort of pie
in the sky meanderings are indicative of what's wrong with this club and it's wishy - washy fan - base...
in addition to these moves the club should aggressively pursue the acquisition of dominant and mobile CB to stabilize an all too fragile defensive group that has self - destructed on numerous occasions over the past 5 seasons... moving forward and building on our need to re-establish our once dominant presence throughout the middle of the park we need to target a CDM then do whatever it takes to get that player into the fold without any of the usual nickel and diming we have become famous for (this kind of ruthless haggling has cost us numerous special players and certainly can't help make the player
in question feel good about the way their future potential employer feels about them)...
in order for us to become dominant again we need to be strong up the middle again from Goalkeeper to CB to DM to ACM to striker, like we did
in our most glorious years before and during Wenger's reign... with this
in mind, if we want Ozil to be that dominant attacking midfielder we can't keep leaving him exposed to constant ridicule about his lack of defensive prowess and provide him with the proper players
in the final third... he was never a good defensive player
in Real or with the German National squad and they certainly didn't suffer as a result of his presence on the pitch... as for the rest of the midfield the blame falls squarely
in the hands of Wenger and Gazidis, the fact that Ramsey, Ox, Sanchez and even Ozil were allowed to regularly start when none of the aforementioned had more than a year left under contract is criminal for a club of this size and financial might... the fact that we could find money for Walcott and Xhaka, who weren't even guaranteed starters, means that our whole business model needs a complete overhaul... for me it's time to get rid of some serious deadweight, even if it means selling them below what you believe their market value is just to simply right this ship and change the stagnant culture that currently exists... this means saying goodbye to Wiltshire, Elneny, Carzola, Walcott and Ramsey... everyone, minus Elneny, have spent just as much time on the training table as on the field of play, which would be manageable if they weren't so inconsistent from a
performance standpoint (excluding Carzola, who is like the recent version of Rosicky — too bad, both will be deeply missed)...
in their places we need to bring
in some proven performers with no history of injuries... up front, although I do like the possibilities that a player like Lacazette presents, the fact that we had to wait so many years to acquire some true quality at the striker position falls once again squarely at the feet of Wenger... this issue highlights the ultimate scam being perpetrated by this club since the arrival of Kroenke: pretend your a small market club when it comes to making purchases but milk your fans like a big market club when it comes to ticket prices and merchandising... I believe the reason why Wenger hasn't pursued someone of Henry's quality, minus a fairly inexpensive RVP, was that he knew that they would demand players of a similar ilk to be brought on board and that wasn't possible when the business model was that of a «selling» club... does it really make sense that we could only make a cheeky bid for Suarez, or that we couldn't get Higuain over the line when he was being offered up for half the price he eventually went to Juve for, or that we've only paid any interest to strikers who were clearly not going to press their current teams to let them go to Arsenal like Benzema or Cavani... just part of the facade that finally came crashing down when Sanchez finally called their bluff... the fact remains that no one wants to win more than Sanchez, including Wenger, and although I don't agree with everything that he has done off the field, I would much rather have Alexis front and center than a manager who has clearly bought into the Kroenke model
in large part due to the fact that his enormous ego suggests that only he could accomplish
great things without breaking the bank... unfortunately that isn't possible anymore as the
game has changed quite dramatically
in the last 15 years, which has left a largely complacent and complicit Wenger on the outside looking
in... so don't blame those players who demanded more and were left wanting... don't blame those fans who have tried desperately to raise awareness for several years when cracks began to appear... place the blame at the feet of those who were well aware all along of the potential pitfalls of just such a plan but continued to follow it even when it was no longer a financial necessity, like it ever really was...

I wouldn't say we have turned a corner but we're certainly going
in the right direction both mentally and tactically... Really Le Prof is going vintage lately putting the right tactics and players on the field making the right subs too (after the subs he made WHU were tired and Giroud who was at heart of every dangerous attack killed the
game off)... Ramsey
performance was
great, Özil (missed some
great opportunities
in final 3rd) and Coquelin missed a couple of passes but solid play from both... I think people don't understand how Özil passes is important for the fluidity of our
game....
Regardless of which ref we have, his
performance depends on how many road rage incidents he encounters before the match, whether his missus had a row with him before work, whether Arsenal have provided
great hospitality before and after
games in the past and a lot of other different factors.

Secondly, there are players
in this team that have turned
in great performances in big
games, with the rest of the team performing exceptionally around them, and have failed to translate those same
performances to
games where things aren't working and the team need someone to lift them.
Why can't people for God sake understand the angle the young man was coming from, this is a guy who has come out to suggest what he feel will be of
great glory to the team, futbol is about winning trophy not the samba, champaign, tick taka or jambody style Of playwill be accredited to ur cv after retirement, every professional player will wants to be identify with a medal, mind you he have limited years to his career, therefore we should not allow sentment or affections we have for our various teams erode the basic objective of the
game.we should also think about their future too, this guys are proffessionals which young lads are looking up to and questions will be ask tomorrow about theirs playing days.can people tell me why pele and some other famous players
in the world both present and past are been celebrated today the answer is simply cos they are successful
in their career and have trophy to show for it
in their respective clubs or countries, why the complain
in nigeria?its simply cos our team for quite a while now has not recorded any troph to her glory, fans should learn how to call a spade a spade
in order to balance situation and also for better
performance of the team.why then did arsene wenger hurridly went to buy more experienced players after the poor outing he had at the beggining of last season?this players know beta cos they are at the centre of it all, we don't have to trash what they say, we fans are only watching from screen,
in as much as we beliv
in arsen wenger, we should also know that without the boys no arsen wenger, fans should try to reason along with the players too.an hypotetical cases of similar to rvp has been tested by some players and have put them right over the coach and the team.so, whatelse does the fans needs to prove that futbol has gone beyond living
in the past.for example, fabrigas and nasri were able to prove their critics wrong.thank God for them, we should always be objective
in our submission, how else do we expect players to show their commitment to a team that was
in 8 on the log table and later fought their way back to 3rd this boys are commendable and deserve to be encouraged, I think is high time the manager and the mgt board of arsenal futbol team get to know that
game of futbol has gone beyond two teams domination, its now like a pendilum which can swing either way only with a powerful insrument called money.you can't eat ur cake and have.
The FA Cup semi-final
in 1964 at Hillsborough, the FA Cup victory at Old Trafford when Di Canio was not put off by Barthez, the Tevez goal
in the final
game that staved off relegation, a 4 - 2 victory
in 1977 which also kept us up, the
great performance from Miklosko which denied them a league title, and of course, perhaps the
greatest of all, and certainly the most emotional, the last
game at Upton Park, are all examples of superb memories of matches against them.
