I hope to share next week some of the great photos of my food travels.

While I didn't take any great photos of the food, as we spent most to our brunch catching up and talking about fun things coming up, I did gather this cute #OOTD that I figured you guys would love.

Photos of beautiful work or yummy food can be both pleasing to the eye and a great promotion.

I get a lot of questions about food photography and how I learnt to take all the photos on my blog so I thought this would be a great topic for todays post!

But not all of my food photos are great or even good, particularly the ones taken during my first six months.

As much as I love food photography and love it when my photos come out looking great, it's also the bane of my existence!

What I think makes a great food photo is color and texture, I cook with a lot of fruits and vegetables so I really try to make them the focus of my photos, fruits and veggies are very photogenic and make pretty pictures in my opinion.
