There is clear evidence
of progress towards
greater gender balance in the profession, but as one audience member
pointed out, the panel's
discussion focused solely on the issues
of white women
of privilege.
I believe the survey
points the way towards multi-disciplinary training teams
of lawyers, judges and experts and
greater emphasis on ethics, pre - trialmeetings /
discussions, confidentiality and data protection.
