great powdered protein brands and varieties out there, that I find that aisle in the grocery store to be quite an overwhelming place.

I use spirulina and hemp
protein in my morning smoothies and I find they give me
great energy — I think they're the best
protein powders around
These kind of fruit and veggie smoothies are
great and you can add
protein to them by adding things like hemp
powder or pea / rice
protein powder as well as chia seeds and flax seeds.
I love to use peanut
powder in recipes like this because it's a
great way to get the fiber and
protein from peanuts in a shake or smoothie without all the oil, and it is so darn tasty, too!
I added a couple scoops of vanilla soy

great as an add - in.
