This builds on our work helping the Missouri Board of Education develop a plan to grow
great public schools in Kansas City.
Our research offers recommendations about how we can grow the supply of great public charter schools in a community with constrained resources and tremendous need for more
great public schools in our low - income communities.

Public Schools have lot of
great programming, including breakfast -
