The pistol squat is a
great exercise for building relative strength, mobility,

and they have helped me develop
great ankle mobility, bulletproof
knees and strong legs.
For athletic performance,

greater shin angle on exercises like sprinting, which can improve sprinting speed by improving leverage through the hip,

So let's look at a couple of other ways that you can strengthen your calf muscles especially your soleus
and your Achilles tendon to prevent
and treat injuries.So one
great way to increase the natural flexibility of your lower legs, your hips, your
knees,
and your
ankles is actually to work on your deep squat, which I talked about on one of my other videos.
The bike is a low impact fat burner; good for those with
knee and ankle problems, the bike, when used correctly, can burn calories
and be a
great asset in weight loss
and interval training.

ankle and the
knee moments.

This season I wanted to find a pair of colored

and glitter or metallic ones that were
great for styling Fall outfits for when it's not cold enough to pull out your over the
knee boots.
Biker boots
and ankle boots have had a good few seasons (
and are still a
great boot essential) but i'm so happy to have
Knee Highs back in the game.
For footwear, heels are lovely,
and I still prefer them because they make me feel more «dressed - up», but a classic pair of heeled
knee - high boots or sleek
ankle booties are another
great way to add warmth
and coverage.
Investing in a few
great options like an
ankle boot, over the
knee boot,
and flat boot is definitely worth it!
