Unbeknown to everyone in attendance that day, this was beginning of the first chapter to
the greatest goal scoring season in Roma's history.
Not exact matches
Giroud misses more than he hits, Walcott has NEVER delivered his expected talent, Welbeck will NEVER be the striker to
score 20
goals a
season Coqellin will NOT go a whole
season injury or suspension free, Sanchez and Ozil WILL have down period during the
season, all teams have these problems to a
greater or lesser degree but most of the top teams will address these problems and players either inprove or are sold and replaced with better or at least more consistant players, NOT Wenger he keeps doing the same thing over and over with the same players and he expects a different result but gets the same outvome time and time again, yet its ALWAYS someone else's fault be it the Ref or the linesman or the opposition or bad luck or whatever and whoever and its NEVER the fact that HE has done nothing to change the situation and LOOKS LIKELY to not change it next time around.

great but we can defend higher up a bit better now we have 3 CM who enjoys a tough tackle, we win a game by

scoring goals.

great player and he
scored the first
goal of the
season for us and we're delighted to have him back but, as I've said, he should never have got sent off in the first place.

season is the time to judge whether Wenger was right to not sign a striker / DM.

goals win games, and when you have a player like Messi

great strikers ie Vardy, Costa, Aguero, RVP, Rooney, Ronaldo, Drogba, Tevez, Van Nistleroy, Henry, Bergkamp, Ian Wright All these strikers have
scored over 20
goals in a
season Very rarely do PL Champions have a striker who
scores less than 20
goals and mostly
score in the mid 20's Wenger doesn't understand this and wants to believe its not necessary or He probably believes Giroud is WC Top teams usually have a backup of Giroud's quality Look at Spurs.
We can only hope that this will have a bearing on the Premier League
season to come and the way the Gunners dug in and matched Chelsea physically, along with the undoubted creative and
goal scoring ability that has been our hallmark for years, gives me
great belief that we really can end our wait for the title as well.
We aren't talking about a player who has struggled to make an impact here, Dembele

great achievement for a 19 year old playing in a side that was involved in a relegation battle last
season.

great form this
season,
scoring an impressive nine
goals from just 10 games for the Arsenal under 21 side and doing very well for the England under 20s as well, he has begun to draw interest from various clubs.

season) to come back 2 weeks after (when most have had a good rest) didn't get to settle fully then got injured sine then he has not been at his best (bad
season for him) Ozil for me has had a near
great season scored a assist 18 +
goals what more can you ask for... you are trying to put the way Giroud is useless 70 % of the time and compare with two people who have made us better..
Mbape for all the hype is only an 18 year old that had a good debut
season (he

great is going to destroy ronaldo and messi's combined
goal scoring record this
season
This does nt mean a thing its a case of somneone told me that someone else said...... fill in the blanks, Iwobi is a
great player BUT he's not a proven front man and if put in a position of extreme pressure could fold like a paper bag, its unfair on the kid to place him this role so early on in his career Also much like Welbecks promising end to the
season which was cut short again he just is» nt the
goal scoring monster that we really really need.
Costa has been in
great form so far this
season having
scored nine
goals already, and speculation of an exit over the summer now seems a distant memory having rediscovered his best form under Antonio Conte.

scored a
great goal against the spuds and Ozil has been easily our best player of the
season so far.
this window has just finished i am already thinking about who we will get for the january window we might try for khedira on a really low offer as he is free agent almost would help boost numbers in midfield in the new year as we will no doubt need to filling the numbers about then also i will hold my hands up and say i was wrong this morning for giving wenger stick and saying welbeck is rubbish i have been out in the cold light of day and had a chance to reevaluate the situation and realized that this could be a canny shrew transfer on wenger behalf actually if wenger can turn the clock back and work his magic on welbeck and get him
scoring goals and improve his game then we could have a
great underrated signing on our hands its wengers absolute trust in him that might be what makes him a
great player as this is something that he never had at old mordor if anybody can make him a world beater wenger can he loves this little pet projects improving players against the odds welbeck has the skillset to be high class player upfornt he just needs to work very hard on his finishing i think once he gets a few
goals under his belt he will settle in fine and he is a team player you could put him on the left against man city to shore up that side and he will put in a
great shift without a complaint that could be his biggest asset to us or on the right whenever we need him there ithinkwenger might start himon the left against city to protect the left back against navas and i bet you if he does a
great job we will take a shine to him quickly i am hopeing he will be one of those wenger gems that he finds and polishes up to a high finish i must admit i was annoyed as some other gunners were at not signing d / m and c / h but if wenger does win the league with this lot it will be his
greatest win yet and what might play in to our hands is the unpredictable nature of the league in the last few
seasons if we get on a good run at the right time we might be hard to stop look at city they should have never lost to stoke but the result is there in black and white for all to see and i think chelsea will hit the skids after a while to just because cesc and costa are doing well now thats there main threat but teams will work out how to stop them as the
season goes on and chelsea will become predictable i think we might just do well this
season after all
people are going on about the number of
goals he
scored or lack of them more precisely but morata for the majority of the
season was used as an impact player / sub, also like the writer mentioned as both RM&JUVE he was overshadowed by
great players / stars so if if he were to sign for us knowing that he is the 1st choice striker he could flourish and surprise us all!!
Akpom is a
great talent BUT NOT the man we need to leqd the line up front so lets not get all unnecessary about this, we are still about a million m iles away from winning anything and will be until Wenger buys in a talent that can
score 25
goals a
season and thats not gonna happen this summer I can tell you.
And wins win you the PL Title Our defense including goalkeeper have been excellent and they have been giving us chances of winning but we end up losing or drawing many times because our
goal scorers have been misfiring In my opinion, our strikers have been letting down the
great work of Cech, bellerin, koscielny, Mert, Moneal, Coquelin, Cazorla, Ramey, and especially our Assist leader Ozil Mahrez and Vardy in particular have been dynamite this
season for Leicester So far in terms of our Offense only Ozil, and Cazorla have been been of the same quality but they aren't
goal scorers per se If Welbeck, Alexis, Walcott and Giroud can start
scoring, then things can change Hopefully, they can start tomorrow COYG
Sanchez
scored a lot of
goals but for me killed
season with his mid-
season tantrums...
great to keep him but if not lets get a world class striker in and move forward...
In 2012/13, his best
season with the club, he made 43 appearances and
scored 21
goals in all competitions, not a
great deal more than Olivier Giroud is offering at the moment, and fewer than the 25 Alexis Sanchez managed from a similar wide - forward / false -9 position last
season.

great effect, the other

great record for the Gunners,

goals in 397 appearances, including 20 last
season, but he fallen out of favour with boss Arsene Wenger and is hoping that regular football up in the North - West may give him a springboard to impress Gareth Southgate and regain his place in the Three Lions team that will be going to Russia in the summer.
Man United see that Welbeck isn't good enough yet Arsenal think he would help them win the league... Ridiculous!!!! Bergkamp, Rooney, Lampard in his days... all the following can
score over 15
goals per
season and still get a good number of assist, ozil is
great at assists but a second striker should be able to
score.
Great athlete yes, pathetic CF as he can not
score regular and also poor winger if he is unable to
score more than 10
goals through the whole EPL
season on a regular basis...
First let me laugh hahahahaha.Secondly, let me give credit where it is due and say that that was a
great finish from Giroud.Thirdly, do you know that if Giroud did not
score today he would have been criticized very badly you know why because he does a lot of things wrongly when he does not
score but when he
scores everyone just ignores. How many people were actually focused on him after he
scored you would realize that he breaks up a lot of attacks. Its a pity peeps are not being honest about him he is French and he is a very nice guy so i understand however.Lastly, it has been about 3
seasons or so that he has been here and people are still debating over him.Make up your mind i made mine up from day one that he arrived and realized he was awful however
great classy
goal.
Well im not in a wonderland he has his failings as we all do and
great teams find a way to win good teams sit where we are 6 -5-4 but thats besides the point and it would be nice if your aunty had bolocks cause then we d be second but ive watched the games were an offensive team most the time although were terrible in the pissing rain but for the most part the game plans have worked weve created chances quality
scoring chances one after the other problem is for me the finishing unless we sit back with 9 man behind the ball or ten when you push forward you will give up a
goal if you lousy forwards fail to finish the set ups have been there this year but our strikers have failed to kill the games if we create quality chances and grab leads in the first 60 minutes like we have for the most part and in those games those games should of been killed even if we give a
goal or two alongside the strategy but we failed to hit multiple should be
goals we tried laca we'll see abou auba although hes a bit lazy so far but we'll see but we've lacked that quality in front
goal a player the chances have been there im looking at the failure of the strikers and maybe that is his fault but monreal has
scored as many
goals recently as our strikers and thats sad our defenders or a midfielder will
score and our stikers cant tally one in th first 60 mins of a game alongside them then were tired for last 40 give them hope there still only down one and we rue our missed chances while they push thats where iv been frustrated with this
season not the tactics but the finishing
1) Domenico Berardi... This may come has a huge surprise but hear me out; at 21 Years of age he has pretty much established himself as a force to be reckoned with in Italian Football,
scoring 39
Goals and Assisting 23 Times in 93 Serie A, apperances for Sassuolo; arguably last season wasn't his greatest as he only amassed 7 league goals and 6 Assists in 26 appearances, experimentation tactic wise led to a decrease in producti

Great scoring record this
season 14
goals in 21 games.
if you ask me Morata gets very close to
scoring but its just not happening for him ATM, lets not forget the
great TH14 didn't
score his first
goal until half way through the
season in January everyone was ceiling him the «DONKEY» and then after his first
goal there was no stooping him, lets hope Morata don't find his
scoring streak
First we saw a
great ball over the top from Granit Xhaka to find Alexis Sanchez, with the Chilean showing his class to
score his 18th Premier League
goal of the
season and cancel out the lead taken by West Brom three minutes earlier.
Sanchez / Welbeck Lacazette I want us to play 4 -3-3 so that we can match Liverpool in the midfield as I don't want us to be overrun.Xhaka can't defend and he should not start this match and if possible all other matches for the rest of the
season.Coquelin's tackles has caused us to
score some
goals every single
season he's been here and I think we've missed that this
season.I just don't know why he's been left on the bench because if paired with the right partner can be used in a very defensive sense to
great effect. Our team is so poor tactically.
If the Arsenal and England star Jack Wilshere had not played 90 minutes for the under 21s on Monday,
scoring a
great goal which was not enough to help the young Gunners get the win they needed to win automatic promotion to the top division, I reckon that he would be in line for a first start of the
season for the senior side on Thursday night.
players like Ozil always present the fans with a bit of a conundrum, especially when times are tough... if you look around the sporting world every once in awhile there emerges a player with incredible skill, like Ozil, Matt Sundin or even Jay Cutler, who have a different way about themselves... their movement seemed almost too lackadaisical, so much so that it seemed to suggest indifference or even disinterest on the part of the player... their posture always appears somewhat mopey and they generally have an unflattering «sour puss» expression on their face... for some their above average skills are enough to keep them squarely in the mix, as their respective teams try desperately to find a way to get the best out of them visa vie player acquisitions or the reworking of tactics... when things go according to planned the fans usually find a way to accept their unique disposition, whereas when things go awry they become easy targets for fans and pundits alike... in the case of Ozil and Sundin, their successes on the international stage and / or with their former teams led many to conclude that if we surrounded such talented individuals with players that have those skills that would most likely bring the best of these players success would surely follow... unfortunately both the Maple Leafs and our club chose to adopt half - measures, as each were being run by corporations who valued profitability over providing the best possible product on the field... for them, they cared more about shirt sales and
season tickets than doing whatever was necessary... this isn't, by any stretch, an attempt to absolve Ozil of any responsibility for his failures on the pitch... there is no doubt oftentimes his efforts were underwhelming, to say the least, but this club has been inept when it comes to providing this prolific passer with the kind of players necessary for him to flourish... with our poor man's version of Benzema up front, the headless chickens in Walcott, the younger Ox and Welbeck occupying wide positions far too often and the fact that Carzola, who provided Ozil with
great service and more freedom to roam, was never truly replaced, the only real skilled outlet on the pitch was Sanchez... remember to be considered a world - class set - up man
goals need to be
scored and for much of his time here he has been surrounded by some incredibly inept finishers... in the end, I'm not sure how long he will be in North London, recent sentiments and his present contract situation seem to suggest that he will depart at
season's end, but how tragic would it be if once again we didn't put our best foot forward and failed to make those moves that could have brought championship football back to our once beloved club... so when you think about this uniquely skilled player don't be so quick to shift all the blame on his shoulders because he will not be the first or the last highly skilled player to find disappointment at the Emirates if we don't rid the club of those individuals that are truly to blame for our current woes
