I enjoyed plating the tuna and white

greens but you could easily skip the mixed
greens and just
do a vegetable on the side.
To make things even easier and faster, you can buy pre-trimmed hericot vert
green beans like I
did (hericot verts are the skinny
green beans you see at the supermarket).
I don't know anyone that doesn't like
green beans, they don't elicit the same response as brussels sprouts or broccoli.
