I'm a big proponent of
green juice as it doesn't contain any fiber to get in the way of you absorbing micronutrients from the
ingredients in your
juice, be that kale, cucumber, apple or whatever else.

The best

green juice for a high dose of nutrition include kale, Swiss chard, bok choy, dandelion
