green leaf stevia.

There is a bit of
stevia leaf powder with the rest of the healthy
greens, which gives it just a touch of sweetness — not enough to make it sweet but just enough to not make everything taste so
green.
I have a
stevia plant because I prefer using the fresh
green leaves (they are super sweet, you don't need many at all) in smoothies and baking.
It is just the
leaves of the
Stevia plant ground into powder, therefore it retains the natural
green color.

However, I would think that those who plant
stevia in the garden might have the superior nutrition which
green leaves tend to provide as part of the package.
My recipe for the mushroom tea uses 2 tbsp chaga pieces (small chunks sort of the size of rice or lentils), 5 - 6 medium reishi slices, a small piece of rehmannia root, 1 tbsp or so of
green stevia leaf (the dried herb), a 1/2 cinnamon stick or some chai spice & any other herbs I feel will complement these, all added to 2 litres of water).
