In my rendition, I decided to use kale, and I further mixed it up by turning the kale into pesto, and then turning
the green potato mixture into little potato cakes.

we do the tacos different, we just add salt pepper n ground cumin to mashed
potatoes, heat tortilla so its pliable then add about table spoon potatoe
mixture, then fold over, heat grease then when done with all the tacos your gonna make, you take tongs and fry you can take a tooth pick to hold together is needed, we also do this with flautas, then we fill with everything using cotija cheese n cabbage no lettace, also

It is essentially a
mixture of mashed
potatoes, cilantro, finely chopped onion, grated ginger, finely chopped
green chillies and the secret ingredient — mustard oil!
Tip the
potato and
green mixture into the eggs and stir to mix.
Add sautéed
greens to
potato mixture.
Then I gently fold this
mixture into the
potatoes along with the crispy bacon pieces,
green onions and Tillamook medium cheddar cheese.
Simply roast the chicken and
potatoes first (reserving some of the lemon - herb
mixture) then add the
green beans in the last 10 minutes or so, drizzling the remaining herb
mixture over top.
Looks like a nice filling and something like a
mixture between a
green veg and a
potato!
I highly doubt I'll ever pull together a salad of arugula, roasted purple
potatoes and shaved asparagus, but I might be willing to spoon some of that vinaigrette on a standard
mixture of
greens and top it with some toasted almonds.
Mash the
potato with a fork and then top with
greens mixture.
Let trimmed
green beans share the red
potatoes» spotlight and toss them together in a creamy
mixture of mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, and fresh herbs.
I simply spread the turkey and
greens mixture in a baking dish and layered the
potatoes on top.
Stir the ground turkey,
green onions and 1/4 cup cheddar cheese into the
potato mixture until combined.
I then top the
greens with a mix of colorful chopped raw veggies (think, snap peas, radishes, carrots, cabbage, peppers, etc.), roasted veggies (think, cauliflower, broccoli, sweet
potato, butternut squash, etc.), and a grain (quinoa, brown rice, farro, etc.) to create a
mixture of textures and colors.
