By preventing cellular damage, the flavonoids in leafy
greens like basil can head off the DNA damage that may lead to diseases like arthritis and even cancer.
If you don't have any wild garlic, then substitute in other
greens like basil and rocket (arugula) but, you would have to add some garlic.
