While there are some really really good
greens powders out there, they do not replace having fresh, whole vegetables.
There are a LOT of
greens powders out there, but not all are created equal.
I found that while there are some decent
greens powders out there that promise to alkalize your and energize your body, most of them taste like... well... eating grass from your backyard.
Most veggie and
green powders out there include non-AIP ingredients, such as chlorella and spirulina.

If they could only have cast their minds further back, perhaps they might have recalled a lost paradise:

I love this protein
powder, I have tried many vegan protein
powders and they either taste awful, they don't mix well (it is important to mix this
powder with your liquids BEFORE you add the dry stuff or it will get clumpy) or have sunflower lectin, soy or gluten after I found
out that I am allergic to dairy, soy, gluten, sunflower seeds,
green beans, yeast and basically everything good and this is by far and wide the best.

DIY version: To round
out the macronutrient balance and bump up the fiber in this smoothie, blend a small whole cored
green apple with a half cup of frozen pineapple, a half cup each of fresh spinach and kale, a quarter of a ripe avocado, a tablespoon of chia seeds, one scoop of plant - based protein
powder (I personally like Naked Pea vanilla), ice, and enough water to create your preferred consistency.
My go - to smoothie usually contains avocado, blueberries, almond milk, cashew butter, chia seeds, protein

You are sooo right about this it seems little known and a huge problem for Keto baking when your bread comes
out green or smelling like ammonia it's because the baking soda and to a lesser extent the baking
powder is super alkaline and normal baking ingredients are more acidic by nature and thus levels things
