Most people are able to extend
greetings in a number of languages but if you are going to write on your resume that you are fluent in that language you had better be able to back it up!

A cross-section
of our students provided taster
language sessions for these pupils and taught them a range
of greetings, colours and
numbers in Arabic, Spanish, German, Thai, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Korean and Japanese.
In this lesson, students review their knowledge
of the following concepts and themes: Spanish expressions to introduce yourself and
greet others; vocabulary related to family, classes, and school supplies; rules
of gender and
number of Spanish nouns; and the worldwide influence
of the Spanish
language, including the modern culture
of the United States.
