I don't know how much money they spent doing this study, yet another in the stream of studies showing the same exact thing, but I bet it's more than they'll spend helping farmers who
grow actual real
organic veggies.
When in doubt, go
organic when your budget allows (and maybe even
grow some of your own
veggies!).
Incorporating animal protein from healthy pasture - raised animals, fats from naturally occurring sources, fermented foods, and
organic fruits and
veggies will provide lots of needed nutrients for your
growing fetus.
