We wanted a light
grey subway tile, but our builder didn't offer that.
Tile is a 2 ″ x 8 ″ hand - crafted glazed
grey subway tile backsplash — East Coast Tile Stone Panè, color smoke.
We also changed the backsplash to a warm
grey subway tile.

We just recently redid our kitchen using using white
subway tile and
grey cabinets.

Layla, Just a warning about the
grey grout with the white
subway tile — we are moving into our brand new house THIS WEEK (yay for that) and our master bath shower is all white
subway tile.
Yellow floor and wall
tiles are also wonderful contrasted with cool colors like
grey: imagine a line of yellow
subway tiles marching across a gleaming
grey wall.

grey enhances the white
subway tile, giving a breezy flow of colour through out this crisp and peaceful kitchen.
What I did was to paint the whole backsplash a glossy white, because I want it to look like white
subway tile with
grey grout.
I also have a white vanity and
subway tile, light
grey tile flooring and chrome hardware with plenty of light coming in.

One bedroom is a shimmering gold / yellow, the other is a pale pink cherry blossom shade, the bath has those black / yellow
subway tiling from the 50s — we painted the walls a cream to tone it down, but my accessories are yellow /
grey / black and white.
I am matching the cabinets and trim to the

grey understones to match the torquay) for the walls.

subway tiles from Menards for the walls, and then we found this faux wood
grey tile at menards for the floors.

The inside is bright and clean with basic, classic
subway tiles and cool
grey cabinets — all of which keep the small space from feeling cramped and uncomfortable.
While I would like to change the back splash to a simple white
subway tile, (it's white but with a slightly
grey undertone and a green accent) that is all it needs to bring it up to date.
To liven up the space, she chose a durable light
grey faux bois porcelain
tile for the floor and glossy white
subway tiles to run floor - to - ceiling behind the range.
