Size: Just because electric griddles don't take up stovetop room doesn't mean they're small.
It wasn't smooth, and pouring it onto the griddle didn't form into a perfect round pancake.
Heat a 12 - inch non-stick skillet over medium heat or heat an electric griddle to 350 ° F. (My griddle doesn't need oil or butter but you may need a little on yours to prevent sticking.)

griddle or electric skillet to make perfect pancakes every time!

griddle on medium for 2 minutes, then when I went to turn them after 2 minutes, they still were not

I don't have Otto's available to me, but
do have traditional Brazilian cassava flour and I always use a flat cast iron
griddle to cook both corn and flour tortillas.
The cinnamon filling
did not settle into the pancake; it dripped off onto the
griddle.
Stir up the batter until everything is incorporated, and cook on a
griddle until the sides start to appear dry — I didn't time it, I just flipped when the edges appeared to be drying, and the other side had a slightly golden color.

did split one open right away and topped it with some mixed nut butter and raw honey.
I also made the hash brown patties too big and I tried to cook them on the
