I've been eating a fair amount of organic potatoes and TJ corn tortillas which I dry grill in a stainless steal skillet before spreading them with refried beans and a little peanut butter before stuffing them with tofu and assorted veg for tacos.

• Steamed Brocolli seasoned with Salt Pepper Garlic • Steamed Carrots (they're underneath the peppers) • Baked Sweet Potato mashed with cinnamon, coconut oil and a little bit of agave syrup • Grilled Peppers • Grilled Steak brushed with garlic butter

Throwing extra chicken on the grill while making dinner or a tray of sweet potatoes in the oven takes little extra time but ensures there are good food choices available to grab and go.

Be aware of the amount of butter in the people foods that you share with your dog, and if you want to give them a little bit of baked potato or grilled corn, leave their portion unbuttered.

They each have a favorite food so I would be sure to surprise them each with their favorite food (pizza, chicken, grilled cheese, cheesy taco, and mashed potatoes mixed with green beans) and of course something sweet they love chocolate so for desert we would have a German chocolate cake:) this would be the perfect picnic for my precious little family and I:) thank you so much I appreciate having a chance to enter!
