I really like to
grill vegetables and greens, such as baby
bok choy, or whole kale leaves, or romaine (for a
grilled Caesar!).
And Fresh's Green Goddess Bowl (steamed
bok choy, kale, swiss chard and broccoli with
grilled tempeh, pickled ginger, toasted sunflower seeds, tahini sauce, toasted nori and ginger tamari sauce) is only 687 calories with 647 mg of sodium.
The heat from the
grill softens up the
bok choy, but also gives it a little bit of char, which I love.
Serve over
grilled baby
bok choy, other veggies or salad.
The same technique can be used for snap peas, carrots, asparagus, and
bok choy (whether
grilled or sautéed).
My party's «Entrée» selections were the Lobster Milanese ($ 34) served atop a preserved lemon - caper beurre blanc and accompanied by
