grit of sandpaper I should sand with?

The coconut and clay add just the right amount
of grit to polish the skin but does not cross the line into the
sandpaper zone, just right for my sensitive skin peoples.
Paint the cabinet door using two coats
of the Folkart Chalk Paint in Sheepskin, then distress using the 150
grit sandpaper.
If you will not be using furniture specific paint, (milk paint, chalk paint) and your piece is really shiny, I would give it a scuff sanding with 220

of the car revealed the entire front bumper
of the car had been repainted and had ZERO shine and felt like 100

grit sandpaper (by hand) between each coat

Let dry completely, and sand the entire surface
of the table with 220
grit sandpaper using an orbital sander.
I would rough up the surface
of the rubber with 220
grit sandpaper to provide some tooth for the paint to adhere.
To remedy the situation, I would go over the surface
of the shelves with 220
grit sandpaper to smooth it out.
Use a fine -
grit sandpaper (grade 220 to remove stains and 400 to smooth), sanding with the grain
of the wood, before reapplying a finish.
If the grain raises slightly after the first oiling, sand the surface lightly with 220 or 320
grit sandpaper and wipe down with a damp cloth, then apply another coat
of butcher block oil.
I used 80
grit sandpaper, and an electric palm sander, just in case you feel inspired to sand down a table after this post I couldn't wait to put a darker coat
of stain on it.
The table top AFTER — Once I let the Chalk Paint dry, it was waxed with Clear Wax and then sanded using the method above
of coarser to finer, finishing with an auto body
sandpaper (600
grit) for a smooth finish.
I let the piece dry overnight before applying several coats
of General Finishes Water Based High Performance Top Coat, sanding between coats with a 320 -
grit sandpaper, removing sanding dust before applying another coat and allowing 2 hours between each coat.
Then - after her last coat

To add a well - used cottagey patina after painting, lightly rub the edges with a piece

of coats Chalk Paint ™... a quick safe light dusting with a 220, 300 or 400
grit sandpaper and your finish will be super incredible.
After sanding the entire piece lightly with some 220
grit sandpaper to get it nice and smooth, I added a topcoat
of The Real Milk Paint Co's Dead Flat finishing cream.
If I was using latex paint, this would have been a concern for me, but with using Chalk Paint ™, I knew I could take my 200
grit sandpaper afterward, and strategically sand in a lateral direction, and sand down the high points
of the paint.

grit sandpaper is the type that is used on the side
of a corvette to make the fiberglass super smooth!

It took multiple heavy rounds
