Whole wheat flour I think would work really well, there's already

I just made these — delicious yes, but the mix was so thick & strong that it blew up my food processor Next time I would do the dates & bananas separately and then add
the ground almonds as breaking down the dates & mixing with the other ingredients all in one go was too much to handle.
