Just make sure you use finely
ground blanched almond flour, not almond meal.
I recommend using a very finely
ground blanched almond flour rather than a coarse grind or almond meal which is made with skins - on almonds.
Also, I only use finely
ground blanched almond flour from Honeyville or JK Gourmet.
I always use very finely
ground blanched almond flour (usually Honeyville) and weigh it.
It's important to use very finely
ground blanched almond flour (or super fine like this one or this one) to get the delicate flavor and texture of traditional blueberry muffins.
There are other good brands of finely
