a ground meat meal can usually be prepared fairly quickly even if it requires lengthy baking because you can be doing other things while it cooks.

meal quickly when I don't have a plan, or the time for my original plan for that day.
You can even add
ground meat for extra protein, although my
meat - loving family thoroughly enjoyed this vegetarian
