If you remember the texture of a Jamaican patty the meat is finely ground, more like a paste (think Taco Bell finely
ground taco meat).

Dishes like
tacos al carbon (which translates to cooked over charcoal) and fajitas tend to use thin slices of steak rather than
ground meat, making them good choices too.
I use TVP (textured vegetable protein) to make my vegan

FOR
TACO MEAT / CHILI: Cook

When I am on my A-game I like to have a few bagfuls of browned
