This ground turkey recipe is super versatile, and it's quickly become one of my favorite breakfast prep recipes of all time.

You have to admit — it's hard to find true Paleo
ground turkey recipes that taste good or look appetizing enough to make me want to even try the recipe.

The biggest thing I learned was to make healthier choices such as substituting
ground turkey for
ground beef or adding 0 point «fillers» such as yellow squash and green zucchini to my
turkey chili
recipe.
I've also made this

ground turkey, it tasted really yummy too!
I like to use
ground turkey for my chili
recipe because I like that it has less fat.

I have put them both in the
recipe builder on weight watchers, and 4 oz 93/7 lean
ground turkey is 4 points, and 4 oz of Laura's lean

ground turkey from my meat share in the freezer so I used that as the protein, but

ground pork would be just as great in the

For my version of the
turkey pizza meatloaves I combine 2 pounds of 93 % lean
ground turkey, 1 cup of whole wheat breadcrumbs, 4 garlic cloves (or 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powered), 1/2 cup pizza sauce, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper to taste.I then top with ~ 2 tablespoons of reduced fat mozzarella cheese, ~ 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce, and 3
turkey pepperonis (full

I needed a
recipe that was quick, easy and good for any day of the week.It starts with
ground beef but you can also use
ground turkey.
I am not a fan of
