On the other end we have the
guy that eats everything in sight in the pursuit
of gaining muscle, until his belly becomes the largest «muscle
group».
Dave Asprey: One
of the other anti-aging
guys that I've known for many, many years, who's an advisor to the non-profit Silicone Valley Health Institute
Group that I run, Dr Miller, he insists
on each lab... He holds the labs accountable for quality standards, and ran into exactly the same problem that you've run into, where he doesn't trust lab data, because it's so highly variable.
I look forward to hearing from you
guys, I also have a private Facebook
group called the mind body balancer Facebook
group and I have the link
of that
on my website: iamsahararose.com so check that out, join the Facebook
group and we will take the discussion there.
We did a survey here at IRON MAN a few years ago with a
group of women, and all
of them put muscular arms up near the top
of their lists for sexy bodyparts
on a
guy.
But if the other two
guys have an easy time putting
on muscle (let's say they gain 12 pounds
of muscle), they're going to skew the results
of the
group.
«you
guys wan na stay in and hang instead
of going
on that
group date?»)
Maybe it was the idea
of a
group date, maybe it was the fact I was a foreigner visiting the city, but several
guys got in touch early
on.
Show curiosity in a shy
guy's interests, get him to open up about some
of the artists or
groups he really likes, and then let him know you'd definitely want to spend some time with him going to shows or whatever it is he usually enjoys
on his own.
